Rachel has more than 18 years experience advising private and publicly held companies in the consumer products and retail sectors.  For the past 11 years Rachel has focused on assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions and private and public equity capital raises.  Prior to joining City Capital, Rachel was a Partner in the Corporate Finance Department at William Blair & Company specializing in Consumer Products and Retail investment banking.  Representative Investment Banking clients Rachel has advised include The J.M. Smucker Company, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, The Alberto Culver Company, John B. Sanfillipo, Malt-O-Meal, Jarden Corp, Recycled Paper Greetings, Prestige Brands, Dick's Sporting Goods, Lifetime Fitness and FTD.  Rachel is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.
