Scott has more than 20 years experience advising private and publicly held companies in mergers and acquisitions, private and public capital raises, and financial restructurings across a broad range of industries. Scott is also head of City Capital Investors, the merchant banking affiliate of City Capital Advisors. Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of UHY Advisors, Inc., The Cafritz Company and the Marwen Foundation. Representative clients Scott has advised include Ingersoll International, Signature Graphics, Technical Concepts, UHY Advisors, AMF, Morton’s of Chicago, and AAR Corp. He was named Middle Market Dealmaker of the Year by The M&A Advisor in 2003 and Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2002.
