Tim has over 20 years of investment banking experience working with family owned and closely held private companies. Tim has completed over 100 transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising engagements in the equity and debt capital markets. Tim has advised private companies throughout the Midwest in transactions involving ownership transition including Press Ganey Associates, CTB Inc., Nephrology Inc., The Everett Smith Group and Mercer Company.

Tim is active in community affairs, having served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Lake Forest Country Day School and currently serving on the Chicago Botanic Garden's Board of Directors. He is also a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.
